DiSC is a powerful assessment tool that is easy to understand and simplifies the complexity of human behavior. DiSC relies on a model of human behavior that helps us understand why and how people say and do things based on their style tendencies. Once people understand these behavioral styles, they can gain new and valuable insights about themselves, others, and situations, which can then help them to best determine how to respond and adapt to specific people and situations in order to work more effectively with individuals and teams. We are also trained facilitators of “The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team” which is an assessment-based program that focuses on the five pillars of teamwork: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.
